Phillips 66 is currently looking for corporate Flight Attendants
Responsibilities May Include:
- Providing leadership and assuming complete charge of passengers and aircraft cabin management during normal, abnormal and emergency situations while performing onboard flight attendant responsibilities.
- Adhering to all procedures and rules of the Federal Aviation Regulations, Occupational Safety and Health Administration Regulations and Phillips 66 Aviation, Flight Operations Manual; Policy, Procedures and Practice.
- Remains proficient on the operation of all safety equipment and in-flight entertainment equipment onboard the aircraft.
- Ensuring that all onboard emergency equipment is maintained in a response ready state.
- Carrying out all responsibilities regarding safety of the aircraft, passengers and crew, in accordance with our corporate, Federal Aviation Regulations and industry standards.
- Developing and maintaining team communications with crew to ensure all operations are planned and performed with safety as the number one objective.
- Assisting ground support personnel, co-workers and supervisors, providing a harmonious team environment while ensuring safe, efficient, cost-effective transportation to and from worldwide destinations.
- Adhering to the flight procedures including arriving at a minimum of one and a half hours before each flight to adequately prepare for flight.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the aircraft cabin and ensures that fleet service and catering supplies are boarded as specified.
- Accounting and handling of all controlled items.
- Ensuring that the catering needs of each particular flight are met or exceeded.
- Building profiles for any new customers to be added to master customer profiles on-line and ensure any changes are indicated (continually updates with customer preferences).
- Maintaining superior level of service while conforming to established policies and procedures.
- Providing a superior customer experience for passengers and ensure that passenger’s needs are fulfilled per their profiles.
- Responding to passenger request and issues graciously, resourcefully and tactfully.
- Remaining aware at all times and handle irregularities in an effective, efficient and professional manner.
- Adhering to corporate and industry appearance standards at all times while representing the corporation in any setting.
- Adhering to chain of command to resolve issues that arise in the day-to-day operations.
- Completing reports as needed after any incident involving passengers or emergency events.
- Maintains complete confidence and does not disclose details of the Company, Department and passenger information outside of authorized channels.
- Following Company policies and procedures and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Chief Flight Attendant and/or Aviation Manager.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be proficient speaking, reading and writing English
- Be physically able to walk long distances, carry up to 35 lbs, and lift up to 55 pounds over the shoulders into a baggage bay
- Possess the following ability or credentials and necessary personal documentation (passport) to travel internationally, with no restrictions
- 5+ years of documented Aviation Flight Attendant experience
- 3+ years minimum flying international experience in military VIP, corporate or business aviation flight operations
- Willing and able to respond within 3 hrs to Bush Intercontinental Airport (KIAH) on a daily basis
Preferred Qualifications:
- Four-year degree from an accredited and recognized university
- Previous experience working on a Gulfstream (650, 550, 450) Challenger, Bombardier Global, Falcon and/or Boeing Business Jet
- Current Aircare FACTS Training Certification
- Current Flight Safety Certification
- Proficiency with computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and the use of a personal communications device, i.e., Blackberry, cell phone with email capability, etc.
- Professional demeanor with extremely high personal standards (must be able to meet the Phillips 66 Aviation uniform standards of dress and appearance which is extremely conservative)
- Must have the ability to develop a seamless rapport with the pilots and other
- members of the department’s team
- Conditions of Employment include but are not limited to:
- Successful completion of a pre-employment physical evaluation
- Successful completion of all background requirement checks
- Passport with no restrictions to international travel
- Pass Secret Service and Transportation Security Administration screening for access to restricted airspace and airports
